The event “The Evolving Landscape of Investment Arbitration: Frontiers, Practice, and the Next Generation,” held on 28 October 2026 as part of OIC Arbitration Week 2026, brought together members of the international arbitration community to discuss recent developments and emerging perspectives in investment arbitration.
The Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM) was pleased to be represented at this event by Doç. Dr. Efe Can YILDIRIR, the President of the Young ITOTAM Executive Board and Av. Firdevs Atçeken.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives on recent developments in investment arbitration, the role of young arbitration practitioners, and the importance of fostering cooperation between the next generation of legal professionals and arbitration institutions.
