What is the cost?

The ITOTAM Arbitrator's Fee Tariff and ITOTAM Administrative Cost Tariff have been updated and came into effect as of April 17, 2024. You can access the new tariffs here.

  • The arbitrator's fee cannot be less than 5,000 TL.
  • Arbitrator fees do not include any value added tax (VAT) or other taxes or charges and imposts.
  • If the dispute is resolved by an arbitral tribunal (3 arbitrators), pursuant to the Article 3 of the ITOTAM Regulation on Arbitration Costs, the presiding arbitrator's fee is calculated 10% higher than the fees of the co-arbitrators. Therefore, the minimum total fee for three arbitrators is 15,500 TL.
