İTOTAM ile AIAC Arasında İş Birliği Anlaşması İmzalanması
We are pleased to announce that the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM) and the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 30 October 2026, during the The Federation of OIC Arbitration Centres (FOAC) Forum 2026, held as part of OIC Arbitration Week 2026 in Istanbul.
This agreement marks an important step towards strengthening institutional ties between the two centres and fostering closer cooperation in the field of international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Through this cooperation, ITOTAM and AIAC aim to promote the exchange of knowledge and institutional experience, encourage joint educational and professional development initiatives, and explore new opportunities for collaboration in international dispute resolution.
As a Strategic Partner of OIC Arbitration Week 2026, ITOTAM attaches great importance to building strong relationships with leading arbitration institutions worldwide and contributing to the development of an increasingly connected and accessible international arbitration community.
We sincerely thank AIAC and its Chief Executive Officer, Danesh Chandran, for their valuable cooperation and look forward to further strengthening the relationship between our institutions.
We also extend our appreciation to the OIC Arbitration Centre (OIC-AC) for providing a valuable platform for international institutional cooperation.
