ITOTAM Secretary General Att. Senem Bahçekapılı Vincenzi and ITOTAM Arbitration Court Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ebru Şensöz Malkoç have participated as the Turkish delegation to the 44th meeting of the United Nations International Trade Law Commission (UNCITRAL) Working Group III on the "Reform of the Conflicts Between the Investor and the State of the Investment" held in Vienna on 23-27 January 2023. The Working Group continued its reform work on the investor-State arbitration (ISDS). In this context, "Draft Code of Conduct" and “Appellate Mechanism” matters were discussed.
